Established in 1953, Steed and Evans Limited is a locally employee-owned and operated civil infrastructure and material supply company. We are one of the largest and most respected road building contractors and materials supplier in Southern Ontario, with an envious safety and CVOR record that we work tirelessly to maintain.
We concentrate in the fields of quality aggregate, hot mix asphalt, and ready-mix concrete production, as well as new construction, reconstruction, pavement rehabilitation, road maintenance, traffic and specialty concrete services.
Through a proven track record of performance, we have earned a reputation as the preferred provider of construction services in the area. Over the years, we have worked hard to develop excellent relationships with many engineers, municipalities, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and general contractors.
We employ a workforce in excess of 220 people, many of which are employed year round through our offices, aggregate sites, certified testing lab, and fleet services division. Company pride is evident in all levels from field to management through the dedicated, professional work of our staff.
